Today, my dad had 4 open houses to attend to. To help him out, I manned one of them. Since I don't have a real estate license, legally I can't talk about the house, but I can tour people around the house, take their contact info down, and basically stall them until one of our agents can drive over. If you don't get any visitors, it can be pretty lonely work, sitting alone in an often completely empty house. Good thing I had my laptop. I got a lot of chronos done today.
